What is the government filing fee and how much is it?

The government filing fee is calculated based on the number of classes you need and is paid to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) when your trademark application is filed. MLG charges a flat government filing fee of $350 per class. So, the more classes you need, the more expensive it becomes.
